Very clean, 100% better than UK premier inn. Staffs were all exceptionally warm, welcoming accommodating and always had the biggest smile on their faces. It had a variety of food selection at the breakfast buffet, food was delicious. Janice, at the breakfast reception counter was lovely and always made sure that things were running smoothly and tended to the guests requests. We asked for hot chocolate for the girls as there wasn’t any at the drink counter and she got us the drinks from the kitchen. My daughter loved the pool as well it was very clean and the life guards were lovely. We had the best experience at this hotel and in our opinion it was as good as a 5 star hotel in England and will definitely coming back in our next stay.

I stayed for 8 days in Premium Inn Al Jaddaf Hotel and the location is very close to metro station on green line but we had change the metro line whenever we had to go to Dubai mall or emirates, Jumera, I would have preferred staying bit closer to this tourist spots or the best location to stay would be Burjuman which is at Red line, Anyways the hotel is very good, clean and hotel staff is very helpful with good restaurant continental breakfast and their service is excellent. Swimming pool was very clean and nice. Only thing is in our booking it showed room with bath tub which was not there, actually they have limited rooms with bathtub so unfortunately we had no option to get room with bathtub.

Stayed for 2 weeks and cannot fault this place. Staff is friendly and professional, rooms are clean and cleaned daily - even if you put the "do not disturb" sign on door and then remove at 5pm staff will magically come and clean your room in 20 minutes! We also worked from the co-working area (and our room) and the internet was good. Good location, walkable distance to Al Jadaf metro which allows cheap transport into Dubai's main areas. Overall a really pleasant 2 week stay over the Xmas and New year period. Would stay again and recommend.

The location was very good in terms of the closeness of the Metro station as we planned most of our outings through the metro only. Also, it is located in a peaceful and quiet place, suitable for stay. The staff were nice and helpful. They even agreed to our early check-in and late check-out without any fuss. The swimming pool was also good and clean. Overall, I am highly impressed and satisfied.

The breakfast had a wide variety of food stuff to choose from..I was truly impressed 😁..my children also loved the food. I believe bathrooms should have solid bath soap as well as an alternative to liquid soaps. Overally, I think it's good service.
